Welcoming Wilcox!

We're so excited to open a model home in our new Wilcox Farms community and introduce our Hartford product in Davis County. These single-family homes are designed with a smaller footprint, but with well-designed square footage for Utah homebuyer tastes. The overall community design demonstrates our efforts to create lasting solutions in solving housing needs in our region. The Hartford product line was launched in South Jordan’s Daybreak and was received extremely well. That section of homes along Kestrel Rise Road sold out in record time. We’re taking the color, the architecture and the built-in community feel to Clearfield, UT where affordable new single-family homes are becoming hard to come by.
The Wilcox Farms community will bring 101 homes to the area with paseo-style parks, green open space, picnic areas, relaxing hammock spaces, and pickleball. As the yards in the community are designed with less square footage and less grass, the open spaces in communities like Wilcox organically allow for an ease of gathering amongst residents which adds to the sense of community and safety felt in the neighborhood.
